Your membership allows you to rent replacement merchandise with a discount ownership plan so you can continue renting without having to start over, almost as if it never happened.
Covered Events
Members that become involuntarily unemployed and wish to continue renting may have their rental payment(s) waived for four months or up to $1,000.

The remaining rental payment(s) on your rental agreement(s) may be waived in the event of the death of any member named on the rental agreement.
You will receive service on your paid-out merchandise for up to one year after ownership if you maintain your membership. Protection is provided against product failure and mechanical breakdown of the merchandise not caused by external conditions.
